I come home and the first thing my dog does is start sniffing me all over . . . kind of like a wife who thinks her husband is cheating . . . so, what’s she looking for? Does she think I’ve been ’stepping out’ on her? Is she checking to make sure I’ve been near no other canines? Does she just miss me so much she can’t stand it and goes nuts in general . . . nose included? Maybe she’s just trying to warm that cold little dog nose! I wonder . . . .

I wonder whether she would freak if I started sniffing her everytime she came in from outside . . . .

I wonder if she would stop sniffing me if I returned the favor everytime she started doing it . . . .

I wonder if I’m just plain lucky that I don’t have a dog’s nose!
